Suggestions for a Emergency/Airband Scanner? - emergency scanner frequencies
I am looking for a scanner that takes up radio spectrum for emergency and Airband. Frequencies, the other is an advantage. Thats the one hand I want, but you have some kind of plug-in DC, so I use the battery all the time. Suggestions, ideas, websites? Thank you!

Where do you live? Different places with different types of scanners. For example, here in Colorado, you need a digital scanner for the emergency services. It represents the most is not true, but it is here. Most scanners are broadcast bands, so no problem. Today, you can use a DC / AC suitable for almost all scanners.
Check Radio Shack. They are best for scanning.
